- We also do not issue refunds after the purchase is completed.
- If you wish to order again, please return the empty bottle in its original condition.
- We will charge a $10 fee for any bottle that is damaged, lost or dirty.
- If you decide to stop buying our water, we will not arrange any collection of empty bottles.
- We deliver within 1-4 days, usually the next day, and we ask you to leave the empty bottles outside your door.
- We only deliver to one location and we do not climb stairs.
19L Bottom Load Bundle Deal
Due to rising transportation costs stemming from global conflict and increased logistics expenses for water imports from Malaysia, the price of our 19L bottled water will be adjusted from $8.60 to $9.50 (a 10% increment), effective 1st April'2026.
This adjustment is intended to provide long-term stability and ensure no further price increases in the short term despite current market volatility. We remain committed to reviewing our rates regularly and will proactively look to reduce costs for our customers should the global logistics situation improve in the future.
