Delivery and Installation Policy

  1. Delivery & installation to be completed within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. 

  2. You are required to inform 3 working days in advance for a change in installation schedule, or shall be charged $100 for the 2nd delivery + installation.

  3. Working hours for technicians : 

    • Commercial - Mon-Fri (9-6pm), excluding Sat, Sun & PH

    • Residential - Mon-Fri (6-9pm), Sat (9-1pm), excluding Sat, Sun & PH

  4. Duration of installation will be approximately 1 hour, after which our technician will perform a basic demonstration on-site.

  5. All standard installation will require water inlet and outlet, and electrical points to be within 3 meters. For installation that is more than 3 meters is chargeable at $20 per meter run.

  6. Every installations will be explained in detail by our technician and will begin after the customer has given his or her consent.

  7. The company assumes no responsibility for any damages made to any wall, pipeline, civil works, or other structures during the installation process.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Except for wear and tear, all repair work shall be completed without additional charges within warranty period.

  2. Prior to the visit, the operation team will examine and determine if the repair work should be done on-site or off-site.

  3. For owners of expired warranty products, the operation team will quote on a case by case basis, subject to parts availability.

  4. 1-to-1 exchange is only applicable when the customer found any defects within 7 days from the date of installation.
