A very Happy Lunar Year to one and all from Pure Water Dispensers! Hope you had a wonderful holiday!
This festive season, more than wealth and prosperity, we wish to celebrate health and longevity. Hence, we will be bringing up an issue directly related to it.
For many of you out there, if you do already own a Water Dispenser, or even some who might not, may have already heard of the term 'Servicing and Maintenance'. Every business owner selling Water Dispensers that come equipped with a Filter System would have in some way mentioned, that you would have to replace the filters or do maintenance for them. Now we understand that paying year by year does seem like a sham. And we have come across people who have neglected to do so entirely.
Today, we will show you why it is important to understand that servicing and maintenance is a must. That's right. A must.
Think of the original reason you wanted a dispenser. You need healthier and better tasting water. Not replacing your filters and putting off maintenance is just the opposite. Here's why:
1. Every filter system comes with some form of sediment filter. Basically they trap larger particles thus providing basic level filtration and protection of the upcoming filters. For more info, you can look to our previous post here. (Filters and their purpose)
If they are not changed regularly, there will come a time when they get clogged. Pressure builds up in the filter, eventually causing a rupture. The trapped sediments will now find their way into your water tank.
2. Carbon filters have a lifespan till which they become completely useless. Prolonged contact with water will cause them to start flaking off into fine particles, which then enter your water tank.
Not only does it become a nightmare for us to clean them, you're also drinking poison. No one wants to drink poison. If you feel you don't want to service the dispenser you own, stop using it. It will do more harm than good. Being killed by a Water Dispenser is definitely not an epic way to go if you ask us.
People usually don't see what the insides of the tank look like. Take a look at the images. We kid you not, people were drinking from them before they were cleaned. And they had absolutely no idea until we showed them!
